I made this doll for Lynn Yaeger—style icon and contributing editor and writer for Vogue. Lynn is so charming, so funny, and her personal style is exceptional. She's instantly recognizable, from her cropped, bright red hair, doll-inspired makeup, and layers of petticoats. She's also an extensive antique toy collector! I knew I had to make a doll in her honour, and I was sure to include all of the important details. Multiple petticoats, tiny Simone Rocha pearl barrettes, her iconic red bob, cupid's-bow lips, and rosy cheeks. And since she collects antique monkeys, I made her a little friend.
